India's fastest non-dilutive fundraising platform — government schemes, grants, revenue-based financing, and MSME loans. Capital that respects your ownership.
Non-dilutive funding means you receive capital without giving away equity in your company. No investor receives shares, no ownership percentage is transferred, no board seat is surrendered. You repay through revenue, grants that require no repayment, or standard loan structures.
Unlike venture capital or angel investment — where founders trade equity for capital — non-dilutive instruments preserve the full value of the company you're building. For most Indian founders, this is the smarter first move.
Six proven non-dilutive pathways — each matched to your stage, sector, and growth needs.
Receive capital upfront and repay as a fixed percentage of your monthly revenue. No equity, no fixed EMIs — repayment flexes with your business performance.
Navigate India's largest SME lending institution and central government startup schemes. We handle eligibility, documentation, and submission — you focus on your business.
Access DPIIT-recognized benefits, seed funds, and state-level grant programs that require zero repayment. True free capital for qualified startups.

When strategic capital, investor networks, and growth acceleration matter more than ownership preservation — Estrobic prepares you to win the room and negotiate from strength.
Dilutive funding means trading equity in your company for capital and — crucially — the strategic value that investors bring: networks, mentorship, market credibility, and follow-on funding access.
Done right, with proper preparation and the right investors, dilutive funding can be a massive accelerant. Done poorly, it creates misaligned incentives, board conflicts, and long-term regret. Estrobic ensures you're in the first category.
We craft investor-grade pitch decks that tell your story compellingly — market sizing, traction, team, and vision structured to close rooms.
Three-year projections, unit economics, cohort analysis, and sensitivity models that withstand the scrutiny of serious investors.
Access Estrobic's curated network of 50+ angels, family offices, and institutional VCs — matched to your sector, stage, and geography.
Independent valuation guidance using market comparables, DCF, and precedent transactions — so you never leave money on the table.
We review every clause — liquidation preferences, anti-dilution, pro-rata rights, founder vesting — ensuring terms that protect your long-term interests.
Organize your data room, respond to investor diligence requests, and maintain deal momentum through to close.

Estrobic was built on a single conviction: India's founders deserve faster capital, smarter advisory, and a fundraising process that respects their ownership. We are not just advisors — we are capital acquisition specialists.
Estrobic is India's leading capital acquisition company, headquartered at Nariman Point, Mumbai — the financial nerve centre of the country. We specialize in identifying, structuring, and securing the optimal capital stack for Indian businesses across every stage of growth.
Unlike traditional financial advisors who default to equity fundraising, Estrobic pioneered the non-dilutive fundraising model in India — helping founders access government grants, revenue-based financing, SIDBI schemes, and institutional debt without surrendering ownership or control.
Our proprietary deal-flow process delivers term sheet decisions in 72 hours — a benchmark unmatched in the Indian fundraising ecosystem. From seed-stage startups to scaled enterprises, Estrobic has become the trusted capital partner for India's most ambitious businesses.
To democratize access to growth capital for every Indian business — making fundraising fast, transparent, and founder-first.
We are the only capital acquisition firm in India that simultaneously evaluates non-dilutive, dilutive, and government-backed instruments — ensuring you always receive the best capital structure, not merely the most convenient one.
40+ lender partnerships, a 95% client satisfaction rate, and a proven track record of ₹50Cr+ in capital unlocked — with a 72-hour decision benchmark that no competitor can match.
In a market full of brokers who default to equity, Estrobic operates differently — built around your long-term interests, not ours.
Business opportunities don't wait for 6-month fundraising cycles. We've built a process that delivers term sheets in 72 hours because that's what founders actually need.
The default advice has always been "raise VC." We believe that's wrong for most founders at most stages. Non-dilutive first — equity only when strategically justified.
₹10,000Cr+ in government schemes sits unclaimed every year because founders don't know it exists or how to access it. We close that gap, scheme by scheme, founder by founder.
We only succeed when you get funded. Our success-based fee model means our incentives are perfectly aligned with yours — we're partners, not just service providers.
No hidden fees, no opaque processes. Every instrument we recommend, every fee we charge, and every timeline we quote is disclosed clearly before you commit to anything.
Every decision we make is filtered through one question: is this the best outcome for the founder? Not the lender, not the investor, not us. You, first.
Shubham Deelip is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Estrobic, India's premier capital acquisition company. He identified a fundamental gap in India's fundraising advisory landscape — founders were being defaulted into equity fundraising not because it was right for them, but because it was easiest for advisors.
He recognized that billions in unclaimed government schemes, the viability of revenue-based financing, and the speed of institutional debt were all being overlooked by traditional advisors. Estrobic was built to bridge that gap — advisor-first, founder-aligned, and process-driven.
Operating from Nariman Point, Mumbai, Shubham has built Estrobic into India's fastest capital acquisition platform — delivering term sheet decisions in 72 hours, facilitating ₹50Cr+ in capital, and building a 40+ partner lender network unmatched in the founder-facing space.
Revenue-based financing, structured debt, hybrid instruments, and non-dilutive capital structures.
Deep expertise in SIDBI, Startup India, DPIIT, MUDRA, and state-level grant programs.
Angel rounds, VC deal structuring, term sheet negotiation, and investor matchmaking.

Effective January 2026 · Please read carefully before engaging our services.
These Terms and Conditions govern your engagement with Estrobic India and its capital advisory services. By submitting an application, signing an Engagement Letter, or using our services, you agree to these terms. We have written them to be clear, fair, and transparent — consistent with the principles that define how we operate.
Estrobic India is a capital acquisition advisory company. We identify, structure, and facilitate access to funding instruments — including non-dilutive financing, government schemes, grants, and equity rounds. We are an advisory intermediary: we do not lend capital directly, and we do not guarantee the approval of any application, loan, grant, or term sheet. Funding decisions rest solely with the lender, government body, or investor to whom your application is submitted. Our initial eligibility assessment is provided at no cost and with no commitment on your part. Chargeable advisory services commence only after a formal Engagement Letter, setting out scope, fees, and timelines, has been signed by both parties.
Estrobic operates primarily on a success-based fee model: no fee is charged until funding is successfully disbursed to your account. This structure ensures our incentives are perfectly aligned with yours. For mandates requiring significant upfront advisory work — pitch decks, financial modelling, due diligence preparation — a retainer fee may apply, clearly disclosed and agreed in the Engagement Letter before work commences. All fees are stated in Indian Rupees inclusive of applicable taxes. Invoices are due within 7 business days of issuance. Late payments may attract interest at 1.5% per month.
You agree to provide accurate, complete, and timely information and documentation as reasonably requested. Estrobic shall not be liable for adverse outcomes — application rejections, delays, or declined approvals — that result from inaccurate or incomplete information. You agree not to engage our services for any unlawful purpose, and to comply with all applicable laws and regulations in connection with your funding applications.
All content, frameworks, methodologies, and materials produced by Estrobic — pitch decks, financial models, scheme mapping reports, advisory documents — are the intellectual property of Estrobic India and are licensed to you for use in your specific funding mandate only. Estrobic maintains strict confidentiality over all client information. All team members operate under non-disclosure obligations.
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Mumbai, Maharashtra. Estrobic India · Nariman Point, Mumbai 400 020.
Effective January 2026 · Professional advisory services — all delivery is digital.
Estrobic India is a professional advisory and capital acquisition company. All our services are delivered digitally — there are no physical products, shipments, or couriers involved at any stage. This policy outlines how service deliverables are provided, what our refund terms are, and how to raise a billing dispute.
All deliverables — eligibility assessments, pitch decks, financial models, funding applications, scheme mapping reports, and advisory documentation — are provided digitally via secure email or shared document environments. Delivery timelines are specified in the Engagement Letter for each mandate, varying based on complexity and scope. Our initial free eligibility assessment is typically delivered within 24 hours of submission. For paid engagements, milestone timelines are agreed in advance and documented. Estrobic will notify you proactively of any delay and work toward an agreeable revised schedule.
The free eligibility assessment carries no charge and no refund implications. For paid retainer engagements, you may cancel and receive a full refund within 48 hours of signing, provided no substantive work has commenced. Once advisory work has begun — document review, scheme mapping, lender outreach, or application preparation — fees for completed work are non-refundable. For pure success-fee mandates, no fee is charged unless funding is disbursed to your account. If your application is rejected after a genuine Estrobic submission, no success fee is payable. To initiate a refund, contact us within the applicable window; valid requests are processed within 10 business days to the original payment method.
If you believe you have been incorrectly charged, contact our team in writing within 14 days of the invoice date. We take billing disputes seriously, investigate promptly, and aim to resolve all disputes within 14 working days of receipt. Disputes raised after 14 days of invoice issuance may not be eligible for review.
